2nd day of the longest yard sale

Oh gheesh people have I seen the sites. Ha!  Car tags from everywhere.  I mean if I came down here or up here for the sales, I would simply be very disappointed.  You don't bother stopping at the single set ups.  What a waste of their time and especially mine.  I mean on a weekly basis

my garbage man gets better things from my trash.  I really should be blogging some photos of this stuff.

I'd say most think their trash is worth something.  No matter what the item is they think if it is thirty years old it's valuable. Oh please.  Nada.

I forgot to mention my vintage Christmas tree topper I found yesterday.  It is gonna go nice with my aluminum christmas tree, one of them at least.  I haven't bought one thing that I need yet. he he he.

In spite of it all, I have still had some fun.  Guess what we're doing tomorrow?????? You got it!

Longest yard sale

Well spent a few hrs at the longest yard sale today.  Found a few gems.  Going back tomorrow

to catch a few more.  Haven't come across anything I've been looking for.  Our day ended with

thunderstorms on Lookout Mtn.  We came home took a short nap.  My finds today were a pot

for chickens & hens.  An anatomical baby boy. hmmmmm.  I didn't know that is what I was getting

as the little baby had a diaper on along with some clothes.  Oh well, it was only a dollar.  My pot was only a quarter and the bird house was only a dollar.  Last of the big spenders here. Ha.

Maybe tomorrow we'll run into HGTV or the couple from the Junkin show. Ha.   Wish us luck on

our adventure for some great vintage finds tomorrow.

Worlds longest yard sale

Guess what????  I'm going to the longest yard sale that starts tomorrow.  Some place I don't need

to be, however, I'm excited and want to go.  There are a few things I'm on the hunt for just really keeping an eye out for vintage items mostly.

Do any of you want me to find something for you?   Is there a to die for item you'd like me to find?  If so comment your request and I will be on the look out for you.

I will post back all our finds.  I only hope it isn't a total thunderstormy day.
