The tutus are really easy! I typed into google how to make a tutu and came up with an ehow page. It gave really good instructions. I just used elastic for the waist band. They are really cheap!
I'm sorry, I told you the wrong page. When I typed it into google, a web page called cut out and keep was one of the choices. That is the page I used.
I think you should make them red tu tus
TuTus??? Quilt blocks? What the heck? Just sew the blocks together girl! : 0 You know, follow my example......ha ha!
The blocks you do have look perfectly put together. Now had some sashing and and an outer border and you have yourself a nice quilt! :)
